Sad to see this place close. It was a great experience every time we went there. Hopefully something else equally as good will come to fill the void.

Incredible food, wonderful service, and beautiful ambience. Our dinner lived up to every expectation. Our table ordered duck breast, flatbread, and steak frites and every bite impressed. Our server Rylynn was so sweet and accommodating. We will definitely be back soon!

Pretty good. Atmosphere was a great little house. Owner was at table next to us. Next to them a table of 4 of the LOUDEST people in their 60's. I would have kicked them out. Very rude. Had no clue there were other people there. Food was good. Had the pork chop. It was a little dry. Wife had fish and it was good. Hoe cakes and pine to cheese. Pretty good. We'll give it another try. Loud people with wood floors equal ringing ears.

My mom and I stumbled upon this restaurant and were lucky to get a table with no reservation! This little house may be one of the most charming restaurants I have ever dined at. It's gorgeously decorated with antiques, without feeling tacky at all. I went with the steak frites, which was phenomenal. The steak was almost buttery, the texture was so good and the sauce on the fries was delicious. My mom got the fish and said it was delicious. We ended the meal with possibly the most delicious chocolate cake I've ever had, paired with a divine chocolate mousse and regrettably a cherry sauce (it would have been PERFECT without). The prices here are high and the menu is small, but I highly recommend for special occasions or foodie visitors. But if you plan on coming, make a reservation! I believe they only have 12 tables total.

We were in Nashville for live music weekend and my hubby surprised me with a trip to the very quaint village of Leipers Fork and dinner reservations here. The staff were really accommodating because we made reservations for 7 pm but were finished with activities at 5:00 pm. When we called, to see if they could seat us early, they actually sat us at 5:45 pm! We ordered the dishes below: Lamb Bolognese - it was everything the reviews said it would be. The sauce was rich but well balanced and the lamb was ground just right to still have some texture. I could tell that they used freshly grated Parmesan which added to the texture of the sauce. It was way too much for one person so I of course brought the rest back to the hotel! Smoked Salmon Toast - these were delightful. The goat cheese complimented the salmon and the bite was wonderful. I've had salmon toast that were too salty or the salmon too "slimy" and these were fresh, firm and yummy with the toast giving the bite a good crunch. Pork Chop - my husband is a pork chop aficionado so he is usually pretty fussy. Even though it was a single chop, the tang in the sauce, the tenderness of the meat and the creaminess of the polenta made this dish really, really well balanced. Anyone who finds themselves in Leipers Fork ought to make this a stop!
